My name is Adam and I am behind the food. I qualified as a chef in 2014 and have experience from a number of acclaimed restaurants, including both Michelin- and Bib Gourmand restaurants.

With a great passion for fresh ingredients and both classic and innovative flavor combinations, my goal is that every serving delivers a complete culinary experience.

Whether it is a smaller, informal dinner or a larger festive event, I can put together a menu tailored to your wishes and needs. Alternatively, you can choose one of the carefully designed menus on my profile.

Food delivery without a chef is also offered for those who want high gastronomic quality served in their own surroundings without staff present.

To complete the experience, you can also add a wine menu, carefully composed for the individual dishes with a focus on classic and harmonious wine and food pairings.

For parties of more than 8 people where the food is to be served plated, it is recommended to add a waiter, so the quality and temperature of the food are still intact at serving.
