Hi, we are two professional chefs and have over 21 years of experience in the kitchen. I love cooking food that brings people together and creates a cozy atmosphere around the place.
For us,it is not only about taste, but also about atmosphere, presence, and the moments that become good memories. I always start from your wishes and ideas and together create a tailor-made experience where you can just relax and enjoy - I take care of the rest.
We have a selection of carefully composed menus that you can choose from. Some of the menus have a minimum number of guests, but even if you are fewer, I always find a solution and create a menu that perfectly fits you.

I chose a menu that Akash himself had suggested, and which I approved because it looked both exciting and well composed. I therefore also expected him to be experienced in these very dishes. The menu consisted of four courses, and three of them fully lived up to my expectations – in taste, presentation, and execution.
The only dish that brought the experience down was the starter: the lobster soup. It was served cold, which was not intended, and the accompanying langoustines were brought out on a large platter without side plates. This made it difficult for the guests to handle the lobsters and get the meat out of the shells. Here I had expected that Akash, upon arrival, would already have noticed that the side plates were missing and informed me so we could have sorted it out.
In addition, Akash had promised to call a week before the event to make sure that all the details were clarified. That call never came, and it meant that small practical matters were only discovered during the dinner itself.
Despite these things, the overall experience was good, and Akash delivered three courses at a high level. Therefore, I give 4 stars. The lack of attention to the starter and the lack of follow-up before the event are the reasons the experience does not quite reach 5 stars.

Akash did an Amazing job of preparing and cooking a delicious birthday lunch for 22 pax. He was on time, an absolute pleasure to communicate with before and during the day. All my guests were very impressed with the quality, taste, portions and innovative plating of the 3-course lunch. Akash and his assistant worked quietly and swiftly and left my kitchen spotless. I can honestly recommend Akash if you are looking for something special for your special day. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Well done and Super Many Thanks Akash 🙏
