I am a professional chef with more than 18 years of experience in different countries and cuisines. As you can see on my profile, I live in Granada, Spain, but I cook for people all over the world. My brother lives in Denmark, so I often visit him here and would love to create some dining experiences for people here as well.

My flavors are the result mixing my south american roots with all the experiences earned traveling, living and working in Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, USA, Ireland, England, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and France.

For the last 5 years I have been working as a private chef for professional footballers and athletes and people who has specialized diets, I have a great expertise on healthy food, food allergies and intollerances (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, vegan, vegeterian, etc).

I love traveling and meeting new people who enjoy eating nice food.
