Everything was absolutely fantastic.
Anna is supremely skilled. Such a lovely meal that Anna presented in a professional manner. The guests were happy!
The kitchen was clean and tidy.
All in all, a super nice experience.

Anna created the most delicious 4-course menu for my 18 guests. Colorful and beautifully arranged on the plates, and everything tasted wonderful! I was overwhelmed by how she just took over our kitchen and handled EVERYTHING, even the dishes. She lifted any responsibility off my shoulders so that I only had to enjoy my guests. And the guests – they were very, very happy, both with the food and her calm and lovely energy. She glided completely naturally in and out between the kitchen and the company, both discreet and present. The planning was easy, and she just had everything under control. I can wholeheartedly recommend Anna.

We were a group of nine people who had rented a summer house in Marielyst where Anna came on the final evening and provided an amazing culinary experience. My favorites were the tribute to beets and the tribute to cauliflower, but overall everything just tasted really good.

I am passionate about cooking from scratch and love to play with vegetables.
I find myself most comfortable in the green kitchen and find great joy in constantly seeking to develop, as well as pushing the boundaries for what experiences one can get out of even the most simple vegetables.
With the help of both beautiful colors and nuanced flavors, I would like to invite guests into the green kitchen.
I do everything to provide the best service and am willing to go the extra mile so that the customer gets the best experience possible.
If it happens that I have multiple parties on the same day, it may occur that one of my skilled chefs comes out and serves the food, although it will always be me who has produced it.
My specialty is:
