This menu is a heartfelt tribute to Michele’s home region of Abruzzo, a land where mountains meet the sea and culinary traditions run deep. Rooted in Michele’s origins, each course is inspired by the honest, rustic flavors that define the region—shaped by generations of farmers, shepherds, and home cooks who valued simplicity, quality, and seasonality.
