Carlos was fantastic for my birthday party where we were 12 girls. He arrived on time, prepared, served, and presented the food. Everything was perfect and the kitchen was left completely tidy. A pleasure to have Carlos in the kitchen.

We had a fantastic evening, and Carlos made the most delicious food for us.
He had taken into account the guests with allergies, etc. All in all a great evening - I highly recommend Carlos.

Carlos was very smiling and accommodating. He made a wonderful Mexican buffet that tasted fantastic. We can only recommend it further.
