Good flavors in well-prepared dishes. Flexible and good at adapting the pace to our rhythm in the evening.
He is also humorous, and filled with good anecdotes from kitchens around.

We had the great pleasure of having Casper take care of the food for our company Christmas lunch on December 19th. He served a complete 3-course menu of high quality to us. The food was really good and far exceeded our expectations. At the same time, Casper was incredibly pleasant, professional, and calm to have in the kitchen. Enthusiasm was high among colleagues, and several have subsequently inquired about Casper with the aim of booking him themselves. We can only give him our very best recommendation.
