Casper has been incredibly easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to messages.
He provided a great menu and also helped with the wine.
The food was just as it should be, fresh, tender meat, and fresh dessert.

Casper made my 50th birthday, in our little summer house, an unforgettable day.

Having Casper visit as a chef was a huge and warm experience. Not only was the food fantastically delicious and beautifully arranged. Casper was also incredibly present, polite, and attentive. He receives our warmest recommendation.
