It was a really good experience, where the food was fantastic and Casper was a good and welcoming chef who can definitely be recommended.

I can only tell the guests' experience, I was admitted the day before with double-sided pneumonia, the food had to be eaten, everyone says it was superb. Best regards, Torben

Casper has been incredibly easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to messages.
He provided a great menu and also helped with the wine.
The food was just as it should be, fresh, tender meat, and fresh dessert.
