We had the pleasure of having Casper as the chef for my 50th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Casper lived up to expectations 100%. All eight courses were well-executed, delicious, and beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about the food. It was clear that care had been taken with the ingredients, the flavors, and the details.
Both Casper and his assistant were incredibly professional, accommodating, and pleasant to have in the house. They created a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, while everything went perfectly.
As the icing on the cake, they left the kitchen in exactly the same condition as when they received it. That made the whole experience even more impressive and hassle-free.
I can only give Casper my warmest recommendations and would without hesitation use him again for future events

The entire process from first contact to the food being eaten has been incredibly good. Casper always responded very quickly, whether through messages or calls. The menu suggestions were adjusted to perfection, and all allergens and dietary preferences were taken care of.
On the wedding day, Casper took care of everything and there were 0 worries. The food was really good and there was food for the helpers and the photographer as well, so we as a couple could enjoy the dinner.

Casper responded quickly to messages, was easy to plan with, and called a few days before to check on everything.
Casper was accommodating, made incredibly good food, and managed to cook and clean up along the way without disturbing the party. The schedule was followed to the letter and there was room for us to push the time. We would choose him again at any time.
Our experience was, as desired, a feeling of being in a nice restaurant in our own home.
