As an Executive Chef with a background in French cuisine and a great love for Nordic ingredients, I create culinary experiences where the guest is always the focus.
Whether it's an intimate dinner party or a large reception, you can be sure that you and your guests are in safe hands. I customize each menu to fit the atmosphere and the gathering – it should be personal, delicious, and preferably with a little twist.
When you book me for private dining or events, my goal is for you to just sit back and enjoy the evening – I take care of the rest.

We had a lovely experience with Christian's well-prepared and beautiful food. We were three couples who treated the fourth couple to a dining experience with Christian as the chef. He sent Milos, who came and spoiled us with delicious food, served in generous portions and at a calm pace, so we had time to enjoy the food and each other's company. It is a great pleasure to have the food delivered in this way, where the hosts can also lean back and be pampered.
We are a very (loud) talking group, so it takes a special chef to break through, but Milos did so with great situational awareness, smiles, and kindness.
Thank you for setting the bar high and fully meeting our food-loving expectations. We highly recommend Christian (and Milos).

Presentation and service are top-notch. The food is super tasty and paired with well-selected wines. It won't be the last time we use Christian.

Instead of Christian, his chef came and he was late, not arriving until after my guests had arrived, which was unsatisfactory.

Really good experience with Christian and Milos, with delicious food, good communication, and a great day where we could spend time together instead of stressing back and forth from the kitchen.
