As an Executive Chef with a background in French cuisine and a great love for Nordic ingredients, I create culinary experiences where the guest is always the focus.

Christian was incredibly quick to respond to the questions we had, and he was very flexible and met our wishes. Christian was very pleasant and kind and made it possible for us as hosts to be present with our guests. Would warmly recommend using Christian

We had invited guests on June 27, 1926, as a conclusion to a company transfer, and chose to try Chefmee as we wanted to have time for our guests. It was a bit of a coincidence that it was Christian, whom we did not know beforehand. When we saw the menu proposal, we were reassured that it was a good choice. Unfortunately, Cristian had to cancel, but he had sent David and Mads as substitutes who took care of the arrangement and serving. They did a fantastic job, and the partially prepared dishes tasted wonderful. Thank you for a really good evening, where everything worked out in a relaxed atmosphere. Lone & Finn

We had a lovely experience with Christian's well-prepared and beautiful food. We were three couples who treated the fourth couple to a dining experience with Christian as the chef. He sent Milos, who came and spoiled us with delicious food, served in generous portions and at a calm pace, so we had time to enjoy the food and each other's company. It is a great pleasure to have the food delivered in this way, where the hosts can also lean back and be pampered.
We are a very (loud) talking group, so it takes a special chef to break through, but Milos did so with great situational awareness, smiles, and kindness.
Thank you for setting the bar high and fully meeting our food-loving expectations. We highly recommend Christian (and Milos).

Presentation and service are top-notch. The food is super tasty and paired with well-selected wines. It won't be the last time we use Christian.
