About the chef
Hi I’m Davide, I’m from Milano but have been working as an executive chef in luxury restaurants in Copenhagen for 7 years now.
Previously I worked in Italy in luxury hotels/restaurants as a chef, and that is where I met my colleague and friend Aaron, that will also be a part of your dinner experience.
We prefer to be two chefs in your house, we believe that it will be a better and more relaxing experience for you this way. ( in case of high demand, we will send one of our best chef in location to you and it will be the exact same experience ).
Our idea is to bring an Italian kitchen with a touch of Nordic style to your house.
For any allergies or change in the menu we are really openminded. We also do vegan and vegetarian options.

Hosted a bachelorette party for my friend and had booked Davide and Aaron to do a private cooking class in the garden under the open sky. It lived up to my expectations and much more! Davide and Aaron prepared everything in the kitchen, were very festive, happy, and fun. We made two kinds of pasta under their expert guidance. Afterwards, they cooked the food, served it, and cleaned up everything. They have my warmest recommendation.

Accommodating and professional throughout. The food was fantastic, everything was as agreed and went smoothly. The kitchen was left completely tidy and clean. Warmest recommendation.

We had the most wonderful experience for our small intimate wedding. David is super charming, polite, accommodating, and incredibly skilled at making a fantastic dinner. Everything was perfect including cleanup.
