Note: Send Henrik Boserup a request, and he will contact you directly regarding your menu preferences. For under 10 covers, the price is 2,000 kr. per person. However, Henrik will contact you to determine your desires and the type of event you want. The price will be based on this.

Ever since Henrik appeared on the Copenhagen food scene in the '90s, pulling margaritas from a plastic bucket and serving them with a soup ladle to the city's celebrities and cultural figures, he has been a world champion at creating the framework for unforgettable events.
“I come from the French kitchen and have gone through various kitchens and spices to then gather it all into a very, very simplified version. Go to the market, shop, buy what comes to mind, and what's available that day. And then home and improvise in the kitchen.”
Henrik's approach to food is about selecting raw materials from the farm-to-table principle.
“If you cook with the right ingredients, you do the climate and other people a service,” he says. “The taste experience should of course be top-notch, but it doesn't have to be so stiff and snobbish. The atmosphere is just as important.”
Henrik also loves to share, and you are always welcome to watch over his shoulder when he's in a kitchen. “I like to share my knowledge. I've always been told that when people have been standing and chatting, it has changed their way of seeing food. Because it's so simple, so straightforward in its form, that it's easy to understand.”

Great to have Henrik over. The food was super delicious and really hit the spot. Furthermore, Henrik was super good at capturing the mood we were after and everything was calm and delicious. Highly recommended from here

Henrik is a bundle of energy and a cool guy. He made a super dinner for a group of guys who didn't want 13 small dishes with big explanations. We sat and enjoyed ourselves while Henrik threw delicious dishes on the table that we could all share. A fantastic experience that no one forgets. Thank you for that, Henrik!

Maden was absolutely fantastic, fresh good and tasty raw ingredients. Henrik was present and passionate about the food which made the experience truly phenomenal.
