Foreword
 Strawberries are the main feature of the menu, including rare white strawberries; considered a luxury with a price tag to prove it. Through unique signature dishes, we show how strawberries can be experienced in different flavor variations ranging from sweet, smoky, zesty, tangy, salty, umami, nutty, cool, and spicy. Available in the strawberry season from May - September.
