My name is Jimi: Trained chef, teacher at a culinary school, and entrepreneur.
In my time as a culinary student, chef, sous chef, kitchen manager, self-employed, and teacher, I have worked almost everywhere within the industry, from fine à la carte to catering services, inns, and hotels.
My absolute passion lies in catering, and I take pride in using the best ingredients at a reasonable price, with top quality and aesthetics, as well as all agreements being kept to the letter, so don't hesitate to write to me if you need to host a party or an event :-)

We were really happy with Jimi, who provided food for our wedding of 55 people. The food was really delicious, and he delivered far beyond what we expected. He adapted the menu together with us to one that was more suitable for the season and nicely tailored to a wedding with individually plated starters and desserts, and the main course served in dishes at the tables - and there was plenty of everything. He had good timing in the kitchen, and everything ran smoothly on the day, and there was nothing to worry about. Furthermore, he arranged for an extra chef to assist in the kitchen and coordinated nicely with the two waitresses we hired for the occasion. We have been extremely satisfied with Jimi's work on behalf of ChefMe. He arrived on time, was friendly, and everything went smoothly. He presented the food very nicely for our 13 guests, and of course, we must not forget the food: It was a well-composed menu, where it was evident that he has a professional approach to his work. The ingredients he used were of high quality, and everything was delicious and very tasty. All our guests were extremely satisfied. Next time we have a similar party, we will contact ChefMe and their good chef Jimi.
