Foreword

A Nourishing South Indian-Naturally Vegan Platter
This comforting and colorful platter is perfect for both lunch and dinner, offering a delicious balance of flavors and textures rooted in South Indian tradition with a modern, plant-based twist.

You'll enjoy Paruppu Vadai—crispy, golden lentil fritters that are lightly spiced and perfect for snacking or dipping.

The green peas rice adds a gentle sweetness and aroma, pairing beautifully with the protein-rich green moong dhal curry, slow-cooked with warming spices.

A highlight of the meal is the creamy Hokkaido pumpkin curry, made with seasonal Danish produce and simmered in a coconut-based sauce.

For a heartier bite, the spicy potato curry brings bold, comforting flavors (with spice levels adjustable to your taste). Everything is tied together with a crispy papadam, adding just the right crunch to this wholesome, satisfying meal.

Krutika – Chef & Founder of Indian Feast

I'm Krutika, a passionate chef blending the rich traditions of Indian cuisine—especially South Indian flavors—with a modern, plant-based twist. Rooted in over seven generations of vegetarian heritage, my journey began at age 7 and led to the creation of Indian Feast, a vegan Indian takeaway and catering service based in Gundsømagle.

Specializing in South Indian cooking with Danish, seasonal ingredients, I work with more than 90% organic produce and proudly hold the Gold Label for Økologisk (organic) certification. My mission is to show that vegan food can be both ethical and indulgent. I also offer engaging cooking courses—including private sessions at home—designed to inspire and connect through food.

Join me in celebrating the vibrant, sustainable joy of Indian cuisine.
