Hej Folks :)
I have run a Michelin-restaurant (Bibgourmand) for 10 years, it is sold...and today I live by conducting exclusive private dinings. I have been doing this for the last 3 years through mhdining. I love being creative in the kitchen, while having great respect for the classic kitchen. I grow my own vegetables, berries, and fruits, all cultivated in an organic spirit. Additionally, I collect ingredients in nature as far as the Danish season allows it. I care a lot about taste and presentation. I enjoy meeting new, happy people through my private dining. We simply could not have wished for a better chef for our wedding!
The food was absolutely amazing – truly delicious, beautifully prepared, and exactly as we had hoped for. But what made the experience extra special was how easy and professional everything was. He brought everything that was needed, took care of all the cooking, and afterwards handled both the cleanup and the dishes. In other words, we did not have to think about a single thing and could just enjoy our wedding and our guests.
We were a small and intimate group of 14 people, and he fit in perfectly. He was incredibly kind, pleasant, and accommodating, and managed to be present and take care of everything without ever taking up too much space. It felt very natural and relaxed, which meant a lot to us on such a special day.
Everything just worked from start to finish, and we truly felt in good hands. Delicious food, fantastic service, and an incredibly pleasant person to have with us on the day.
We give our warmest recommendations and would choose him again without hesitation. ❤️

Martin came and conquered with his 5-course menu and a couple of good specialty burgers.
Everything was made with a smile and at a pace that was not "I need to hurry" but there was time for conversation, etc.
Definitely recommended from here, and if we are to follow the same concept another time then Martin is the chef who will be contacted first👍
