Hej Folks :)
I have run a Michelin-restaurant (Bibgourmand) for 10 years, it is sold...and today I live by conducting exclusive private dinings. I have been doing this for the last 3 years through mhdining. I love being creative in the kitchen, while having great respect for the classic kitchen. I grow my own vegetables, berries, and fruits, all cultivated in an organic spirit. Additionally, I collect ingredients in nature as far as the Danish season allows it. I care a lot about taste and presentation. I enjoy meeting new, happy people through my private dining. Write to me if you have questions about the menu etc.

Rigtig god menu afstemt ud fra mine oplysninger om de ting jeg forbinder med min fødselsdag.
Fantastisk at se at Martin i den grad kunne omfavne og inkludere mine børnebørn på 4, 7 og 10 år.

Martin er en person som lever sig ind i selskabet, kommenterer anretninger på en klar måde, således at man smager alle de dejlige nuancer.
Martin laver fremragende mad og det var en stor nydelse at have ham som kok.

We had full confidence in Martin and he delivered what we wanted. Delicious food also for the children. Perfect clean-up after the meal👏👍
