Foreword
The menu consists of seven dishes divided into appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Ideal for weddings, confirmations, and milestone birthdays in the garden with a tent, or perhaps a large living room.
The food can be brought to the table or ordered from the food trailer - it's up to you. Sometimes one is easier than the other.
Here's how it works:
When the food trailer opens, we serve the first 3 dishes and then the 2 main courses – straight from the cart. Guests go up at their own pace and order one or more dishes at a time, as small portion servings. This creates flow, atmosphere, and movement.
After an appropriate break, the trailer is transformed into a dessert cart, and we serve the last two sweet dishes – as a conclusion to a tasty and relaxed dinner.
Included:
– 7 dishes (5 savory, 2 sweet) (ad libitum)
– Bread, butter, service, setup, packing
- 2 chefs throughout the event
Practical requirements
For us to serve safely and efficiently, there must be:
🔌 230 volt power (standard outdoor socket – we bring our own extension cords)
🚿 Access to water (about 50 liters – e.g. via garden hose or outdoor tap)
🛤 A flat surface for the trailer (preferably a solid surface)
🚪 A bit of space in front of the trailer for possibly a pavilion, table, or buffet setup.

Meet Mike P.
I set a huge oar to give guests a fantastic evening. I love to cook and have always done so.
For several years, I ran a business with a friend (Martin) called Kirk&Jensen, where we made everything from 8-course menus for 8 guests to 4-course menus for 130 guests. We were happy to offer the complete package with waiters, plates, service, tents, etc.
That time is over now, and we have both chosen to focus on family life and full-time work. Both as chefs in Copenhagen.
What we would like to offer now is what we used to do, just not as often. We want to be completely honest and say: We miss it. The atmosphere is something very special out among the guests, whether it's a spring confirmation or a summer wedding.
So don't hesitate to contact us, and we will look through the calendar right away.

Help
What if I haven't planned the event yet?
We recommend sending a request so you can make sure the chef is available on your chosen date.
After confirmation you will still be able to:
Change the menu and the number of courses
Change the number of guests, allergies and children's menus
Write to the chef to discuss the menu and the dinner
When is the latest I should book a chef?
We recommend reserving your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and around holidays or celebrations.
Need a chef at short notice, or is the chef unavailable on your chosen date? Don't worry! Our customer service is ready to help you find a chef. Call us on 93 40 40 10 or write to us at
kontakt@chefme.dk
What happens when I send a request to the chef?
When you send a request to a chef, you also create a profile, so you will be notified when the chef has replied to the request. You get access to a message thread where you can write to the chef at any time and agree on the details.
Can I change the chef's menu?
You can start from one of the chef's menus or have a menu tailored to your taste.
More into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake over ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes, so together you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef can also make alternative menus based on allergies as well as children's menus.
Does the chef bring everything needed?
Further up the page you can see what the chef requires from your kitchen, and what the chef can bring. If in doubt, you can ask the chef once you have sent a request.
What do I need to take care of myself when I book a chef?
The chef handles shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. So you just need to set the table, provide drinks (unless you have added a wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
