Jeg er udlært i Frankrig og ved brødrene Koch i Aarhus som en dele elevplads tilbage i 2014.
Har boet de sidste mange år i både Frankrig og Spanien.
Min mad stil er at kombinere dansk, spansk, fransk med et lille touch af asiatiske smage.
Kan både lave store selskaber og små intime fine dinning oplevelser.

Nick customized the menu to my favorite wines and served one delicious dish after another.

My guests and I had a fantastic evening in Nick's pleasant and competent company. He made amazing food - 3 courses - with attention to the composition of flavors, texture, and presentation. There was care for the details and consideration that you also eat with your eyes. There were many delicious elements, but I must highlight his sauce for the main course - it was excellent. He brought everything with him when he came, and the kitchen was organized and clean when he was finished. I - and my guests - can give him the warmest recommendations.
