Jeg er udlært i Frankrig og ved brødrene Koch i Aarhus som en dele elevplads tilbage i 2014.
Har boet de sidste mange år i både Frankrig og Spanien.
Min mad stil er at kombinere dansk, spansk, fransk med et lille touch af asiatiske smage.

It was really nice to be able to leave all the practical aspects of food for my party to Nick's team. They arrived on time and were super efficient along the way and left a clean kitchen.
Nick came up with good ideas for the menu and especially the starter was really good!

Nick did not come, but instead Jeppe came, who was friendly, welcoming, and made really good food
