Jeg er udlært i Frankrig og ved brødrene Koch i Aarhus som en dele elevplads tilbage i 2014.
Har boet de sidste mange år i både Frankrig og Spanien.
Min mad stil er at kombinere dansk, spansk, fransk med et lille touch af asiatiske smage.
Kan både lave store selskaber og små intime fine dinning oplevelser.

Nick had really good communication throughout.
Lovely easy to talk to, was very self-sufficient, fit everything in after our schedule and needs, so the evening went perfectly.
There was not a single thing to criticize. Everyone even got offered a "2nd round" of both starter and main course, if one was more hungry. Really cool and delicious. Left the entire kitchen + dishes cleaned and tidied up.

Nick gave my guests and me a really nice evening celebrating my birthday. Nick worked magic in the kitchen - both seen and unseen. Nick had put together a fantastic menu that we greatly enjoyed. Nick performed very professionally, very friendly, and accommodating. We felt very well treated.
Many stars and a big thank you to Nick for his great contribution to our fine evening. I would gladly return to Nick another time.
