Jeg er udlært i Frankrig og ved brødrene Koch i Aarhus som en dele elevplads tilbage i 2014.
Har boet de sidste mange år i både Frankrig og Spanien.
Min mad stil er at kombinere dansk, spansk, fransk med et lille touch af asiatiske smage.
Kan både lave store selskaber og små intime fine dinning oplevelser.

We had a visit from Nick from ChefMe, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the whole evening felt both personal and professional at the same time. Highly recommended to anyone looking to elevate a dinner to something truly special

We were going to have a cowboy party and had no idea for the menu. But Nick came up with a really good suggestion for a three-course menu.
On the day, he arrived at the agreed time. He cooked while we danced line dance almost around him.
He served the entire menu effortlessly, which tasted fantastic. There was plenty of food and the kitchen was spotless when he left us.
We give Nick and his team the very best recommendations. It is fantastic to be a guest at your own party and not have to worry about what is happening in the kitchen.

Nick stepped in at short notice (on the day when another chef canceled). Easy communication and delivered a tasty menu as agreed.

I had ordered Nick to make a good meal for my wife and me.
I was somewhat nervous about it since I hadn't tried it before.
I am completely satisfied with everything and can only highly recommend Nick.
We had really good food and we got full.
Nick gets 6 stars out of 5.
