We hired Nicolas for a 60th birthday dinner. Everything worked out great throughout the process, the food was excellent, and Nicolas contributed to the party with his positive attitude.

I was looking for something different and found Nicolas on ChefMe who was passionate about the Argentinian kitchen. We had a few calls and found the perfect setup. He served a group of 16 people through 5 courses including cocktail, red wine and a homemade limoncello for dessert. It was very delicious and all guests were positively surprised.

Vi had Nicolas as a chef in connection with my 60th birthday. He conjured up a 3-course menu that was absolutely fantastic. All the guests were impressed, and Nicolas shared a bit about the individual dishes before we dug into the food. There was plenty of food and it suited everyone's taste. Besides the lovely food, Nicolas is also a super cozy guy. He helped make the evening very special. We can only recommend Nicolas for your event.

Meet Nicolas S.
My name is Nicolas, and I am from Argentina.
I am currently living in Copenhagen and have been working in various types of restaurants for the past 3 years, both here and in Argentina.
My idea is to bring a Latin experience to your table with a menu that we can create together. This could, for instance, be a traditional Argentinian barbecue with classic dishes, allowing you to experience the culture, which I would gladly share with you and your guests.
I have always been excited about hosting a family-style dinner and the concept of family or friends gathering. It reminds me of my roots back in Argentina, where we would have long tables with a variety of foods, from perfectly grilled meat to delicious seasonal veggies and flavorful traditional vegetarian Argentinian dishes.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
