Nicolas came, saw and conquered with a superb selection of Argentine delicacies; delicious tapas, sensationally tender meat and a cheeky dessert - all prepared over an open fire.
Nicolas is dedicated and enthusiastic and is a pleasant host and a super skilled chef.

Nicolas arrived in good time before the food was supposed to be ready. The food was fantastic and Nicolas had control of the grill so everything proceeded smoothly.
We had ordered food for a 60th birthday and our guests were very excited about the food. There was plenty of both meat and side dishes, and we were many young people who ate heartily.
Can definitely recommend Nicolas and his Argentine food.

It was a fantastic overall experience for my 50th. Nicolas grilled in our garden and there was a great atmosphere around the grill: Especially the Argentine starters and meat were delicious.

My name is Nicolas, and I am from Argentina.
I am currently living in Copenhagen and have been working in various types of restaurants for the past 3 years, both here and in Argentina.
My idea is to bring a Latin experience to your table with a menu that we can create together. This could, for instance, be a traditional Argentinian barbecue with classic dishes, allowing you to experience the culture, which I would gladly share with you and your guests.
I have always been excited about hosting a family-style dinner and the concept of family or friends gathering. It reminds me of my roots back in Argentina, where we would have long tables with a variety of foods, from perfectly grilled meat to delicious seasonal veggies and flavorful traditional vegetarian Argentinian dishes.

What happens when I send a request to the chef?
When you send a request to a chef, you also create a profile, so you will be notified when the chef has replied to the request. You get access to a message thread where you can write to the chef at any time and agree on the details.
Can I change the chef's menu?
You can start from one of the chef's menus or have a menu tailored to your taste.
More into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake over ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes, so together you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef can also make alternative menus based on allergies as well as children's menus.
Does the chef bring everything needed?

What do I need to take care of myself when I book a chef?
The chef handles shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. So you just need to set the table, provide drinks (unless you have added a wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
