My name is Niklas, I am 35 years old and reside in Nørre Aaby on Funen together with my wife and our two young daughters.
I have been self-employed for four years with my company á la maison dining, which I run together with my business partner Christoffer, and I spend my days in Odense where we have our kitchen, where we prepare the food before I come out and give you an unforgettable experience.
I can safely say that I have the best staff of chefs and waiters, who have a high professional pride and, like myself, want to give you the best possible experience with á la maison dining.
When we come out and do private dining, we will give you a restaurant experience in a home-like setting, where we take care of everything from shopping to cooking, serving, presentation, clearing, and dishwashing so you can simply lean back and be present for your guests!
By September 2024, we will have hosted our 50th wedding, so it is something that we and our staff are getting really good at!
We offer everything from a wedding menu to a complete package where we take care of everything from reception to late-night snacks and brunch the next day if there are overnight guests.
I have a great passion for my craft and for the handiwork and a huge respect for the raw materials I work with.
I have a big fondness for French cuisine, but I love to draw inspiration in the form of flavors and raw materials from countries around the world.
