Thanks to Nikolaj for saving our evening which was booked with another chef. So cool of Nikolaj to come into our home and make another chef's food.

Nikolaj made a fantastic dinner for us. He took care of everything and the kitchen was sparkling after he left. Highly recommend Nikolaj 👍🏼
