On the occasion of my 60th birthday, I had invited guests to a lunch a la French country table with the serving of several different small traditional French dishes.
Everything tasted simply fantastic, and there was plenty for everyone. I definitely had the feeling of sitting in France and having lunch in a very relaxed and cozy setting. It worked well to include a few more child-friendly dishes without losing the “country table” feel.
And it worked super well with chef Frederik, who took really good care of us and moved very relaxedly in and out between the guests and the kitchen.
All in all: A top recommendation from me for perfectly hitting the vibe I dreamed of.
