Foreword
With experience from around 800 weddings, I understand how important such a day is. Food and service just have to be top-notch.
I have created a wedding menu that appeals broadly - but remember, you can always have your menu tailored with us.

Cold-smoked salmon with sweet currants, pickled mustard seeds, lightly smoked cream, and herbs

Pink-fried Bavette with potato gratin, seasonal green vegetables, rich red wine glaze and herbs

Creamy on mango/passionfruit with crunchy crumble and lots of love.
(can also be chosen with summer berries instead)

The chef arrives at the agreed location 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.

We charge the money 14 days before the dinner.
