We have taken the good classic Christmas dishes and given them a very exciting twist.
1st serving:
- Chicken in asparagus a'la croquette
2nd serving - pork roast:
- Braised pork with apple chutney, glaze & crispy potatoes

- Pink roasted duck breast with small onions, grapes, berries, small potatoes & duck sauce
