 Our prestige classic menu is based on the classic menu. However, some more optimized ingredients have been selected to make the experience prestigious. 
The three dishes are selected from the summer season's gems that will make your event truly unforgettable.
Additionally, plating and heating instructions are included so it will be just like having chefs in the kitchen.

 Ceviche of cod served with salted roe, fresh celery, and pickled green strawberries, arranged with our leche de tigre sauce.
