Foreword
A summery and inviting catering buffet for weddings, milestone birthdays, garden parties, and other large gatherings. The menu is delivered ready for easy heating and serving, so you can save on-site chef costs while still serving a generous party menu.
STARTER ON BUFFET
Hot-smoked salmon with lemon, dill cream, crispy salad, fresh herbs, and bread.
MAIN DISHES
Slow-roasted chicken with lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs.
Porchetta with herbs and crispy crackling.
SIDES
Creamy scalloped potatoes.
Small roasted potatoes with herbs.
Tomato salad with red onion, basil, and vinaigrette.
Green summer salad with seasonal greens, roasted seeds, and dressing.
Bread, butter, and sauce.
PRACTICAL
The food is delivered in practical containers, trays, and thermal boxes, which do not need to be returned. Hot dishes are delivered ready to be reheated, and the cold items are prepared. The customer is responsible for reheating, serving on their own platters, plates, cutlery, serving utensils, and cleanup. A simple reheating and serving guide is included. The packaging is included in the price. Delivery is calculated separately via ChefMe. Allergies and minor adjustments are agreed upon before booking. The images are inspiration images.

Shaddie was great to work with.
The food was delicious. He came fully prepared, set everything up, explained how to serve it and made sure it was all ready before leaving. Great experience; I'd work with him again, no doubt!

We had the pleasure of having him cook for us for an evening, and the experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail. He was punctual, reliable, and very professional throughout the entire evening. On top of that, he was friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to have in our home. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a talented private chef and would gladly book him again in the future.

Shaddie was mega sweet and his food was simply so delicious. Both we and our guests were very, very excited. We can definitely recommend him to others and would happily return ourselves for our next event.
We are so lucky we have leftovers that we can enjoy for the next couple of days🤩🤩🤩

Hej,
My life revolves around food and always has. For more than 20 years, I have been involved in cooking in one way or another. But I differ from most chefs because I have chosen to further my education and have obtained a professional bachelor's degree in nutrition and health.
I have made this decision because I believe that fantastic taste, respect for good ingredients, and the nutritional aspect go hand in hand. When you taste my cooking, you will therefore sense that attention is paid to every detail, and that I prioritize both great taste, fresh ingredients, and nutritional responsibility.
I work in many different kitchens and am always open to dialogue about the menu so that it can have your personal touch.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
