Thomas made really good food, and the waiting staff had everything under control. Despite some logistical problems and a missing chef and waiter, Thomas and the staff managed to deliver a fantastic experience with only a slight delay on the main course - which in fact ended up fitting in well timing-wise with the speeches at the party. Can be warmly recommended - but make sure to get the address confirmed in advance ;-)

Thomas sent other chefs instead of himself, which was actually fine except for the lack of communication. The other chefs showed up without kitchen knives despite it having been agreed otherwise.
It was also just a satellite kitchen, but they were supposed to make all the food from scratch in it. That meant the schedule shifted significantly for our evening and we waited too long for the main course.
Normally, serving starts at the head table and moves down, but during the main course all the food except the sauce was served at all the tables, so the first tables had started eating the food before the sauce was served.
That said, the food was absolutely fantastic in taste and presentation.

All our guests were delighted with the food and service. Really delicious food and fine wines were served at a pace that suited the party well. Thomas made the evening a lovely experience for everyone.

I had, in my haste, overlooked that there were two vegetarians in the group and had therefore not informed Thomas. He found a solution on the evening itself without batting an eye. But he had received 5 stars anyway for the quality, presence, and overall experience.
