I have some challenges over the weekend so that's why I am doing this as well // since I love to make delicious food and provide a great experience ..
I started at 17 years old, and it was actually my grandmother's cooking that opened my eyes to the culinary arts. She was a trained cook, and it was always a pleasure to eat at her place. I especially remember her making the wildest bread, and that her dishes were made in exciting and quirky ways that really made the food different and delicious to eat.
When I was 17 years old, I apprenticed in the restaurant industry, but before that, I helped out with the incredibly skilled Michelin chef, Francis Cardenau at St. Kro. After seeing him in a kitchen, I knew I wanted to be a chef.
My regular customers call me their "family chef," as I always make it a point to be smiling, warm, and welcoming. It is indeed a matter of trust to invite a private chef into your home.

Thomas lavede en smuk 5-retters menu til os og vores gæster. Smuk og meget velsmagende mad, og Thomas var så dygtig og rolig og havde fuldstændig styr på alt, så vi bare kunne nyde vores fest. Thomas var utrolig behagelig at have til selskabet med sin professionalisme og sine levende fortællinger om maden - vi nød det i fulde drag. Vi kan varmt anbefale Thomas !

Very sympathetic and great at asking about all details and questions were in place before the party.
We felt completely safe leaving Thomas in charge of the food. It was fantastic, by the way.

I found Thomas' profile online and chose him because of the great recommendations. And I must say, he lived up to them. Thomas was friendly and accommodating from the start, easy to communicate with, service-minded, and delivered a really good dinner. So, I will join the crowd and give him a huge thumbs up from me.
