I have some challenges over the weekend so that's why I am doing this as well // since I love to make delicious food and provide a great experience ..
I started at 17 years old, and it was actually my grandmother's cooking that opened my eyes to the culinary arts. She was a trained cook, and it was always a pleasure to eat at her place. I especially remember her making the wildest bread, and that her dishes were made in exciting and quirky ways that really made the food different and delicious to eat.
When I was 17 years old, I apprenticed in the restaurant industry, but before that, I helped out with the incredibly skilled Michelin chef, Francis Cardenau at St. Kro. After seeing him in a kitchen, I knew I wanted to be a chef.
My regular customers call me their "family chef," as I always make it a point to be smiling, warm, and welcoming. It is indeed a matter of trust to invite a private chef into your home.

Thomas was quick to respond to inquiries, align expectations, and coordinate the menu. On the day of the service, he was super friendly, punctual, and the food was excellent. Definitely a big recommendation from us.

Thomas made a beautiful 5-course menu for us and our guests. Beautiful and very tasty food, and Thomas was so skilled and calm and had complete control of everything, so we could just enjoy our party. Thomas was incredibly pleasant to have at the event with his professionalism and vivid stories about the food - we enjoyed it to the fullest. We highly recommend Thomas!

Very sympathetic and great at asking about all details and questions were in place before the party.
We felt completely safe leaving Thomas in charge of the food. It was fantastic, by the way.
