I am a chef with 20 years of experience, and I master everything from classic French cuisine to exciting Asian fusion. My culinary journey has taken me through both larger and smaller restaurants in both Copenhagen and abroad.
My fellow chefs and I are very much looking forward to taking care of you and creating an unforgettable dining experience. In addition to my skilled kitchen team, I also have a group of friendly serving friends who are ready to serve and make your event even more special.

The food was perfect for our event. We had creative summer food. We had ongoing new requests and Tim had constant suggestions. Very flexible. We would highly recommend Tim.

The food tasted absolutely fantastic, the presentation was top-notch, and Tim kept all agreements and was easy to get in touch with. Certainly not the last time we will book Tim for an event.
