Foreword
Our menu consists of 3 courses made from seasonal ingredients, with the intention that it should be creative and flavorful. We have made the preparation of the dishes as user-friendly as possible for the customer. Instructions are included for serving and correct heating of warm elements.

Ceviche of cod served with fresh celery and a hint of chili, arranged with our leche de tigre sauce.
Served with homemade focaccia bread and whipped butter

Rose fried veal culotte, accompanied by refined Pommes Anna, fresh salad and our unique whisky sauce

Luscious chocolate cake, served with a refreshing strawberry coulis and delicate, raw marinated berries.

Meeting time
The chef arrives at the agreed location 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
We charge the money 14 days before the dinner.
