My name is Peder Jensen, and I am 27 years old.
I have started my own catering company called Catering4u.
I have a huge passion for good food, and I love making it. Since my mother is a trained cook, I have been holding a wooden spoon since I was very little and loved it. I grew up on a farm where good ingredients from our own garden and barn were a given, and they still are in my cooking.
I enjoy making a variety of foods. I like to reinterpret dishes, and in my world, only imagination sets the limits.
I am good at making small, fine presentations for, for instance, a tapas party or a reception. I also enjoy working with large buffets for brunch, lunch, or evening events.

Peder was competent and stepped in when another chef had gotten sick. He was easy to communicate with. He arrived on time. And despite the fact that he wasn't the one who had developed the menu and prepped, he made really delicious food. He served, cleaned up, did the dishes, and checked in before he went home. All in all, a really good experience.
