I am passionate about cooking from scratch and love to play with vegetables.

I find myself most comfortable in the green kitchen and find great joy in constantly seeking to develop, as well as pushing the boundaries for what experiences one can get out of even the most simple vegetables.

With the help of both beautiful colors and nuanced flavors, I would like to invite guests into the green kitchen.

I do everything to provide the best service and am willing to go the extra mile so that the customer gets the best experience possible.
If it happens that I have multiple parties on the same day, it may occur that one of my skilled chefs comes out and serves the food, although it will always be me who has produced it.

Amazing food, on par with Noma... Anna is a fantastic chef. Everything was organized, and the kitchen was left sparkling clean - fantastic experience. This is not the last time. Anna had a server with her - equally super efficient and sweet. 5 stars from here!!

Fantastic experience .... Such delicious food - Noma is nothing compared. Have never tasted better food. Huge experience. All guests very impressed. Anna was absolutely lovely and took care of everyone. Kitchen was left spotless. Can in no way find anything negative to say. Anna will definitely be our choice next time.

Five stars and our best recommendations for Anna. Anna arrived on time, was prepared to her fingertips, and handled two guests' allergies professionally and reassuringly. Anna delivered her plant-based gourmet menu so convincingly that our normally meat-eating guests broke into spontaneous applause when she came to say goodbye. Anna left a tidy and spotless kitchen - and we say thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our big wish was to serve good food and good drinks for the guests and at the same time also be able to participate in the party ourselves. Anna took care of that and we had a great party.
