Fantastic experience with an engaged chef

Us - 15 people gathered in a summer house to celebrate a 100th birthday - had the pleasure of Victor's food and company. Communication before the actual day was fine, and Victor arrived in good time, so the whole house smelled delightful in the hours leading up to dinner.
We were spoiled with snacks and three delicious dishes. Especially the sauces, which had been several days in the making, were phenomenal.
Victor presented the dishes in a way that revealed he is both passionate about his profession and good at reading the room. In this way, food, wine, serving, and company came together in a harmonious unit.
We can give Victor our warmest recommendations.

When we had to move our wedding party from the hotel to our private home, Victor was quick to step in when we sent out a request. Victor was super flexible regarding the menu and allergies and even came up with suggestions for a dessert that would suit everyone - regardless of allergies. He also ensured special food for the children in the party at a reduced price. On the day, Victor (and his assistant chef) were friendly, sociable, and great at presenting and explaining both the wine (which we purchased separately) and the food, which tasted absolutely fantastic. They always kept in mind that it was our celebration, so we just needed to relax and enjoy it and were good at coordinating with us along the way to see if we were ready for the next course. After dessert, they said goodbye politely, and as we moved from the garden into the house, we were greeted by a completely cleaned and tidied kitchen. So nice! We are incredibly thankful that Victor was willing to come and cook for our wedding and will recommend him to others at any time. Best regards, Tine and Magnus
