I denne menu kommer jeg med flere forslag til både forretter, hovedretter og desserter. Meningen er i selv vælger den ret der passer til jeres smag og på den måde sammensætter den perfekte menu for jer. Prisen er sat ud fra en 3 retters menu, men man kan sagtens vælge flere forretter og desserter og på den måde få en tasting menu på 5,6 eller 7 retter også udregner jeg en pris alt af
hængig af hvor mange og hvilke retter i vælger. Hvis i ønsker kan jeg også være behjælpelig med vine der passer til jeres menu.

Jeg hedder Michael Nyenstad og har arbejdet professionelt med mad i mere end 30 år. Alt hvad jeg laver er med stor respekt for råvaren og sæsonen. Min stil bærer nok også præg af mine år i Frankrig og Italien. Smagen er i højsædet og jeg bestræber mig på at holde mine tallerkner enkle og smukke. Da vi har rigtig travlt og ofte har mere end et selskab, kan i godt komme ud for det ikke er mig selv der kommer på dagen men en af mine kokke - det vil dog altid være mig der har forberedt maden. Håber vi ses!

When should I book a chef at the latest?
We recommend that you reserve your date as early as possible by sending a request to the chef, especially for weekends and during periods of holidays or celebrations.

What happens when I send a request to the chef?
When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
Can I change the chef's menu?
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
Does the cook bring everything that is needed?
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
What do I have to be responsible for when I book a chef?
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
