The most delicious brunch with everything that comes with it and just a little extra, like a glass of champagne or a delicious cocktail.
We are happy to come out if you are just a couple or four, but the minimum charge for this menu is equivalent to 8 people.
Extra egg dish can be purchased.

Menu - 5 servings
Forret
We start with a glass of champagne or a cocktail, a little fruit and berries, skyr with crunch and compote, 2 types of bread with good butter, croissant and a piece of sweet pastry.
Mains
We continue with a variety of toppings such as serrano ham and good sausages with accompaniments as well as 2 types of cheese, some homemade chocolate spread, and jam.
Mains
Hereafter follows a small selection of slightly lighter dishes, such as a small Caesar salad, stirred tartare, and smoked salmon with cottage cheese and herbs
Main course
Here I have already chosen in advance what kind of eggs I'm going to make for you. I recommend one of the following, Eggs Benedict with English muffin, poached egg, good ham, and hollandaise. Eggs Royal or Florentine, like Benedict but either with smoked salmon or spinach. Or, of course, scrambled eggs with roasted tomato, dry-cured bacon, and sausage.
But we can also talk together about other options, just as there is the possibility to purchase an extra.
Dessert
While you eat all the other food, I will make a Rasmus Klump mountain of American pancakes with blueberries, maple syrup, and raw cream to finish it all off.

- The chef arrives at the agreed address 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.
- We will only charge your card 14 days before the dinner.

Educated chef and chocolatier and learned my craft from masters such as Michel Michaud, Henrik Boserup, Thomas Pasfall, Michel Roux Jr. and Stephane Libourel, experience from classic Michelin restaurants like Le Gavroche and Aubergine in London, Formel B in Copenhagen. Later in my career, I have been head chef for our ambassador to the Netherlands' household and been the kitchen manager in the parliament. Classic French is my foundation, but I have lost my heart to Italian cuisine and have a philosophy that gourmet does not need to be solemn. Food is a sensory experience that we share with each other, and I am passionate about casual social dining!

Jesper prepared a lovely Italian lunch for us. We were 3 generations and there was good taste and consideration for all of us. We highly recommend Jesper!

Jesper saved the day. I had booked another chef who unfortunately got injured, so Jesper only got 3 days' notice. Despite that, he was very open to changing the menu and quick to respond. His chef Bruno arrived on time and was very professional. The food was super delicious and everything was cleaned up nicely. He can be recommended.
