Really lovely food for our son's confirmation. Good communication about the menu and very friendly and accommodating. Thomas also made a dessert that was inspired by Grandma's lemon mousse. Beautiful presentation.

Thomas came and cooked for my dad's 60th birthday, and it was just super delicious and beautifully presented food. Big recommendation from me. Thomas was also really friendly.

My name is Thomas and I am a former Michelin chef with a great passion for the gastronomic world, which I have always been a part of. I work from a dogma-free high-end concept, where in the kitchen I base everything on a sensible approach to seasonal ingredients, environment, organic products, sustainability, and animal welfare.

I have a wide range of professional experience in the restaurant industry. My experience in the industry has primarily consisted of fine dining, startups, and concept changes for several of the country's successful restaurants.
