Foreword
One of my specialties is the plant-based kitchen, Ibiza Bowls, which we run daily at Reffen.
Here I present our menu consisting of Falafel [organic] Bowl, seasonal greens, blackberry Tahini as an appetizer, and our juicy Teriyaki Tempeh [organic] burger as a main course with Curley fries and chili mayo
All menus can also be served from Food Trucks, where the atmosphere, space, and budget suit you.

Falafel, mix of cabbage, pea shoots, carrots, edamame beans, chickpeas, tomato tossed in ponzu sauce and topped with Chili Mayo.
