Foreword
One of my specialties is the plant-based kitchen, Ibiza Bowls, which we run daily at Reffen.
Here I present our "Eat all you can" menu consisting of Falafel [organic] Bowl, seasonal greens, blackberry Tahini as an appetizer and our juicy Teriyaki Tempeh [organic] burger as the main course with Curley fries and chili mayo.
All menus can also be served from Food Trucks, wherever the atmosphere, space, and budget make sense for you.
You have me for a whole 2 hours and you can eat as much as you can handle:).
