Foreword
An array of ingredients from the royal class!
Oysters, caviar, truffles, lobster, you name it.
A total of 13 servings in simple expressions, where ingredients and good craftsmanship are allowed to shine.
Even though the ingredients are decadent, the approach is quite informal. It's an embracing fusion cuisine with inspiration from all corners of the world, and I make a big point that you should be able to serve and enjoy fantastic food without "flaunting" your pinky!
The menu can be adjusted as desired.
