Hej alle! Jeg byder jer velkommen til mit køkken, hvor jeg med kærlighed og passion skaber madoplevelser ud over det sædvanlige. Mit ønske er simpelt: at skabe retter, der ikke kun smager fantastisk, men også er indbydende, sundt og nærende. Mit køkken har en primær fokus på vegetariske retter, er helt glutenfrit og fri for hvidt- og rørsukker. I stedet anvender jeg nærende alternativer som kokosblomstsukker, birke xylitol og andre sunde sukkerformer. Jeg går ikke på kompromis med kvaliteten af mine råvarer, og økologiske ingredienser er et absolut krav for mig. Derudover hvad jeg selv kan sanke fra naturens skattekammer. Selvom jeg er autodidakt, har jeg mere end 25 års erfaring inden for både bryllupsselskaber til intime middage og har leveret til alt de store kødspisere og de sultne veganere. Hvis du ønsker en ekstraordinær gastronomisk oplevelse, er jeg klar til at levere. Min tilgang til madlavning er baseret på årstidens råvarer, hvilket sikrer friskhed og smagsnuancer i verdensklasse. When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.

The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
