I have an open-minded food style understood in a way that the love and nerdiness are equally broad - whether it concerns the Mediterranean, Asian, South American, or Nordic cuisine.

It has been an absolute pleasure all the way through. The planning of the food and a super cozy visit before the confirmation, where Simon was very attentive to the confirmand's needs. The food was fantastic and there was more than enough. Absolutely something we still talk about in the whole family. THANK YOU

Stop looking for the best chef, you've found him!!! Simon gave us the most amazing evening with the world's most delicious food. Everything was SO flavorful and inviting, and every bite was fantastic. Simon and his helper Andreas are so sympathetic and straightforward, delivering a standard we will not soon forget. I would definitely recommend Simon who made really delicious food for us. We got Simon when the other chef we had booked got sick. He quickly put together a new menu for us, and the communication was really good between us. Simon had another helper with him, who assisted with serving and food. It felt like being in a restaurant in your own home. The food was really good and exciting, and they left the kitchen sparkling after they were done. So I would definitely book him again.

At the last moment, I booked Simon to serve a session of social food for 9 guests and 2 children. Despite ongoing adjustments from my side, there was no faltering from Simon in the days leading up. Almost anything could be arranged. On the day, Simon showed up with a helper and right from the start, everything just ran smoothly. The many small dishes (13 in total) were incredibly delicious and beautifully presented, and there was plenty of food. The wine menu also matched the food very well. At the same time, Simon is a really friendly guy who creates a great atmosphere. So in every aspect, the guests and I were very impressed. The very best recommendations for Simon from here.
