Foreword

An extraordinary warming Dal, made with green lentils and my own curry blend. Served with basmati rice, brown or white.
Informal serving with refills as needed.

Main course
I am in love with curry, so I make my own blends. A wealth of Indian spice aromas. The base is red onion, garlic, lemongrass, and of course my own freshly ground curry blend. No tomatoes, but coconut milk and a deep intense flavor.

  • The chef arrives at the agreed address 1 hour before mealtime unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will only charge your card 14 days before the dinner.

I welcome you to my kitchen, where with love and passion I create food experiences beyond the ordinary. My wish is simple: to create dishes that not only taste fantastic but are also inviting, healthy, and nourishing.

My kitchen primarily focuses on vegetarian dishes, is completely gluten-free, and free from white and cane sugar. Instead, I use nourishing alternatives such as coconut sugar, birch xylitol, and other healthy sugar forms.

I do not compromise on the quality of my ingredients, and organic ingredients are an absolute requirement for me. Additionally, I gather what I can from nature's treasure trove.

Although I am self-taught, I have more than 25 years of experience ranging from wedding parties to intimate dinners and have catered to both the big meat-eaters and the hungry vegans. If you want an extraordinary culinary experience, I am ready to deliver. My approach to cooking is based on seasonal ingredients, ensuring freshness and world-class flavor nuances.

We had a lovely meal made by Kristofer after he gathered ingredients from nearby forests. We enjoyed not only the delicious food, but also hearing about the various medicinal benefits of the herbs, spices and vegetables we were eating.
