Jeg har været kok i 25 år, stort set altid på gourmet restauranter, det sidste års tid har jeg levet som veganer og er i gang med at færdiggøre min veganske kogebog " Botanisten" som bliver en kogebog på Michelin niveau. Jeg har drevet min egen restaurant med kæmpe succes, som bla. udmøntede sig i titlen som årets nye restaurant 2018 & en 6 plads på listen over alle landets restauranter, foran de fleste andre Michelin restauranter. I 2021 fik jeg som køkkenchef på en Michelin restaurant i københavn, min egen Michelin stjerne. Jeg startede min karriere på D` Angletere, hvor jeg var i 4 år, derefter tog jeg til frankrig & var souschef på Hotel La Petite Sirene i Nice & Derefter til Louis XV 3 stjernet Michelin restaurant i Monaco. Hjemvendt fra Frankrig startede jeg på Mikkelgaard i Rungsted & derefter til The Dining Room. Køkkenchef på først Nouvel & dernæst køkkenchef på Krogs fiskerestaurant. Konkurrence mæssigt har jeg været i finalen ved årets kok & har været med ved Bocuse d`Or 2 gange ( dansk udtagelse)

When you send a request to a chef, you create a profile at the same time, so you will be notified when the chef has sent a response to the request. You will get access to a message thread, where you can write to the chef at any time and make further arrangements.
You can choose to start from one of the chefs' menus or have a menu tailored just for your taste buds.
Are you more into fish than meat? Or do you prefer cake to ice cream for dessert? Send a request to the chef and share your wishes so that you can put together a menu that suits you and your party. The chef also has the option of creating alternative menus based on allergies and children's menus.
You will be able to see further up the page what the chef's requirements are for your kitchen, as well as what the chef is able to bring. If you are in doubt, you can ask the chef after you have sent a request.
The chef is responsible for both shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up the kitchen. Therefore, you just have to be responsible for setting the table, drinks (unless you have an additional wine menu or similar) and enjoy the time with your guests around the table.
