The woman behind The Caribbean Housewife is Dutch-Caribbean chef, artist, curator, and creative entrepreneur Jamain. She creates 'Slow Fast Food' and 'Hot Soul Soup': soul-warming meals for those who do not have the time or desire to cook. The Caribbean Housewife’s unique cuisine can be found nowhere else in Denmark and is inspired by traditional recipes from tropical places in the West Indies and South American regions. Everything is made from scratch for delicious, homemade vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based dishes. If you prefer meat, we deliver fantastic Jerk Chicken, for example.
Jamain Brigitha has an eye for detail and provides caring service from A to Z. She began cooking at a very young age. Cooking has always been an important part of her creative life and a way to connect with others. The Caribbean Housewife was founded in 2016 and has had the honor of serving private clients and businesses such as 1508, BIBS, BIG, Copenhagen Cooking, Deloitte, Danish Dance Theatre, Danish Women's Society, DIS, DTU, Founders, Helgoland Surfers, HSBC Banking, Copenhagen Municipality, Lion Entertainment, and Star.

Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
