Foreword

Delicious menu for your DHL event!
When you choose our menu, you can be sure that all ingredients are handpicked. We have a kitchen just outside Allerød, and we have agreements with local farmers. This means, when you bite into a potato salad, there is, MAX 24 hours from when the potatoes were pulled from the ground, until you eat them. Or our butcher, who handmakes the grilled sausages, especially for us. It is a reassurance for you, but also for us, because it ensures that we always have satisfied customers.

We take care of the practicalities, so you can enjoy each other's company. We come with the grill in good time, and ensure that there is a delicious buffet ready for you. A buffet that will make even the fussy participant go weak in the knees ;-)

If you wish, we can also take care of your beverages, so all you have to do is show up. ;-) It could be wine and draft beer for the meal, or a bartender for ice-cold summer drinks.

You can certainly trust that if you choose us, your evening will be a success, and we leave nothing to chance. For the past 5 years, we have organized lots of company events, and for the past 2 years, we have catered to over 900 people for DHL.

Included in the menu you will find our long-raised sourdough bread, Jakob's world-famous pesto, as well as whipped butter, and plenty of everything

Vi er en catering samt take away & event virksomhed, der sætter en ære i at levere mad af højeste kvalitet ud af huset til ethvert behov. Vi leverer både til erhvervskunder og private. Vores køkken er beliggende i nordSjælland, hvor vores kokke altid præsterer til punkt og prikke.

Køkkenet:
Beliggenheden i nord er ikke kun en drøm der går i opfyldelse, men en fryd for vores daglige base. Hvor idylen og de omlæggende områder får vores passion og hjerte for maden til af banke endnu hurtigere.
I disse natur skønne områder i nordsjælland ligger en masse dejlige gårde som vores køkken skal nyde godt af og have et samarbejde op af køre med.
At kunne lave mad af friske, de fineste og økologiske råvare fra alle disse skønne gårde, er noget vi finder absolut nødvendigt for af bringe smagen i en klasse for sig.
For uden omtanke er der ingen passion, og passionen vægter vi meget højt hos os.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.

Sikke en fest. I am deeply grateful to you for the absolutely fantastic service, guidance, and gastronomic experience Jakob and Jens Christian delivered at my 60th birthday. I prepared and planned with Jakob and had the pleasure of meeting Jens Christian, who completed the experience in our kitchen from welcome snack to dessert and the most flavorful wines throughout the menu. It fully lived up to, and exceeded, my expectations. It was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much 🙏🙏 The guests were very impressed and enthusiastic about everything they delivered. We had Jakob's associate Jens Christian deliver food for our aunt's 99th birthday. The age group was 5 – 99 years, and the food suited everyone's taste. Jens Christian took care of everything and handled everything – including challenges – with a smile.

Jakob and his partner served a 5-course menu with an accompanying wine menu. All the dishes were exciting, tasty, and beautifully prepared. The wines matched the dishes perfectly. Communication with Jakob was efficient. My kitchen was beautifully clean afterward. Everything was perfect, and I can highly recommend Jakob, thank you!
