Birria Taco (slowcooked beef): Tender braised beef with aromatic spices, accompanied by refreshing pico de gallo, creamy Gouda cheese, spicy mojo verde, and raw onions. Taco is served with lime fresh cilantro (optional). Experience a symphony of flavors that will transport you to the heart of Mexico with every bite.

Pollo Crujiente Taco (crispy chicken): Crispy chicken complemented by a dressing made of a blend of fresh tomatoes and spices. Topped with vibrant pico de gallo, a hint of lime, sliced cabbage, this taco delivers a delightful crispness and an explosion of delicious flavors.

Al Pastor Taco (pulled pork): Juicy pork marinated in spices and cooked to perfection, combined with Mexican coleslaw, vibrant pico de gallo, topped with pineapple and a creamy dressing. Al pastor is served with lime and fresh cilantro (optional)

With more than ten years of experience as an entrepreneur in the food and hospitality sector, I have developed a strong passion for gastronomy, with a particular focus on street food and its ability to unite and gather people. My career in this field began with a simple enthusiasm for quality street food after a trip to the USA and a vision to create something unique. This ambition has led me over the past 8 years to launch various food concepts and take-away in Jutland.
Today, I am a key player in the catering company Le Goût, a nationwide service offering a wide range of food concepts, food trucks, and unforgettable food experiences.

Our approach to catering is based on two important principles: authentic taste and sustainability. We believe that the key to fantastic food lies in the use of good and honest ingredients. Therefore, we work closely with local suppliers to ensure that our food is bursting with freshness and genuine flavor. At the same time, we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint by reducing waste and as much as possible using sustainable materials, methods, and ingredients.

We are continuously developing new and exciting concepts, and you are welcome to contact me if you have any special requests. We will find a solution. Together we can tailor a solution that fits perfectly with you and your guests.

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.
