Foreword

Le Gourmet Sliders is a new concept that offers a unique and delicious twist on the classic burger, featuring small/mini burgers of very high quality, packed with flavor, power, and nuances. Each bite is an explosion of taste and joy. The composition of our sliders menu has simply arisen from our own recipes, experiences, and experiments with ingredients aimed at giving you a Wow experience and memorable taste sensations, and we hope that every single bite will make you crave more.

All you can eat in gourmet sliders. Served with crispy fries and homemade dip.

Deluxe Truffle Slider: This juicy beef slider is paired with spicy onion chutney, crispy pickles, and creamy cheddar. Served on a toasted brioche bun with romaine lettuce and a combination of homemade truffle dressing.

Crispy Caesar Chicken Slider: Inspired by the beloved Caesar salad, this slider is a symphony of flavors: perfectly fried chicken with homemade Caesar dressing, crispy romaine lettuce, and a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Confit Duck Slider: A tribute to French cuisine, this slider showcases the art of duck confit and combines quick-marinated red cabbage salad, a creamy Dijon dressing, spicy ravigote sauce, and pickled cucumbers.

Veggie Slider: We can make our gourmet veggie slider to order, based on a plant-based patty and fresh organic greens!

  • We will only charge your card 14 days before the dinner.

With more than ten years of experience as an entrepreneur in the food and hospitality sector, I have developed a strong passion for gastronomy, with a particular focus on street food and its ability to unite and gather people. My career in this field began with a simple enthusiasm for quality street food after a trip to the USA and a vision to create something unique. This ambition has led me over the past 8 years to launch various food concepts and take-away in Jutland.
Today, I am a key player in the catering company Le Goût, a nationwide service offering a wide range of food concepts, food trucks, and unforgettable food experiences.

Our approach to catering is based on two important principles: authentic taste and sustainability. We believe that the key to fantastic food lies in the use of good and honest ingredients. Therefore, we work closely with local suppliers to ensure that our food is bursting with freshness and genuine flavor. At the same time, we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint by reducing waste and as much as possible using sustainable materials, methods, and ingredients.

We are continuously developing new and exciting concepts, and you are welcome to contact me if you have any special requests. We will find a solution. Together we can tailor a solution that fits perfectly with you and your guests.

Når du sender en anmodning til en kok, opretter du samtidig en profil, så du vil blive adviseret, når kokken har sendt et svar på anmodningen. Du vil få adgang til en beskedtråd, hvor du til hver en tid kan skrive til kokken og aftale nærmere.
Kan jeg ændre på kokkens menu?
Du kan vælge at tage udgangspunkt i en af kokkenes menuer eller få skræddersyet en menu lige til dine smagsløg.
Er du mere til fisk end kød? Eller foretrækker du kage frem for is til dessert? Send en anmodning til kokken og del dine ønsker, så I kan sammensætte en menu, der passer til dig og dit selskab. Kokken har derudover også mulighed for at lave alternative menuer baseret på allergier samt børnemenuer.

Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
