Vi understand the essence of a fantastic fish’n’chips experience and carefully select our fish and fries to ensure quality and taste.
Before we head out to parties and events, our fish is delicately breaded in a combination of beer batter mix and panko, creating a light and crispy coating that encases the juicy fish inside. When we arrive at your party with our food truck, we are ready to serve the most delicious fish’n’chips, where the outside is beautifully crispy, while the inside remains juicy and tender, a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that will leave your taste buds happy.

My career in this field began with a simple enthusiasm for quality street food after a trip to the USA and a vision to create something unique. This ambition has led me over the past 8 years to launch various food concepts and take-away in Jutland.
Today, I am a key player in the catering company Le Goût, a nationwide service offering a wide range of food concepts, food trucks, and unforgettable food experiences.

At the same time, we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint by reducing waste and as much as possible using sustainable materials, methods, and ingredients.

Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.
