I have run a Michelin-restaurant (Bibgourmand) for 10 years, it is sold...and today I live by conducting exclusive private dinings. I have been doing this for the last 3 years through mhdining. I love being creative in the kitchen, while having great respect for the classic kitchen. I grow my own vegetables, berries, and fruits, all cultivated in an organic spirit. Additionally, I collect ingredients in nature as far as the Danish season allows it. I care a lot about taste and presentation. I enjoy meeting new, happy people through my private dining. Hvad skal jeg selv stå for, når jeg booker en kok?
Kokken står får både indkøb, madlavning, servering og oprydning i køkkenet. Derfor skal du blot stå for at dække bord, drikkevarer (medmindre du har tilkøb vinmenu eller lign.) og nyde tiden med dine gæster om bordet.

It was a fantastic evening where we were really well served by Martin. Super delicious food. We had high expectations and they were completely fulfilled by Martin. We'd gladly do it again another time.

We had a visit from Martin's chef, Ejner, for my 40th birthday. He made a delicious 4-course menu for us that was beautifully served. He was truly a great chef and a nice guy and made sure the kitchen was completely cleaned up before he left.
